Othello is a strategy board game for two players, played on an 8×8 uncheckered board.

There are only 2 counters in the game, Black or White.
The player to start chooses which colour to be.

Each players take turns placing disks on the board, any disks of the opponents color that are in a straight line or diagonal , that and surrounded by the disk just placed and another disk of the current players color are changed to the current players color.

The object of the game is to have the majority of disks in your colour at the end of the game.
